Apartment was weird see thru bedroom beds awful toilet seat didn’t fit toilet. Took forever for toilet to fill. No spar Positive: Hotel was good. Nice Pool and jacuzzi Negative: ROOM WAS WIERD. 2ND BEDROOM WAS ALL WINDOWS FROM THE LIVING ROOM SO NO PRIVACY BEDS ALL SUNK SO WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.NOT ENOUGH BLANKETS. TOILET SEAT WAS SMALLER THAN TOILET TOILET DIDNT ALWAYS FLUSH.

Overall good first experience of Miami for my daughter and her friend. Positive: I liked the location and the view of the property. Negative: I did not like the lack of interaction with staff, the master tub needed to be repaired as it did not drain properly, the blinds in the den were stripped so it was difficult to close out the sun, and there were no cushions for the patio furniture.

Location was great

there was a lot wrong with stocking of the room and the overall maintenance. There were no dish towels, no plastic cups. The coffee maker didn’t work. A cabinet was broken. The window blinds were broken. The master bath shower didn’t drain properly. The couch cushions didn’t stay put they kept sliding out there was no drain for the tub a lamp which was broken there was mold in the bathroom and when we try to use the laundry card, it didn’t work and we couldn’t get a refund so we had to pay again through the app.

Negative: когда на стойке регистрации делали чек ин, с моей кредитной карты взяли 250$ залог. нам сказали что их вернут. короче говоря так и не вернули
